I saw your available flats at Tarling Heights which sounded very interesting. Would you be able to provide me with more information such as what ones are remaining, their cost and whether a viewing could be arranged?

There will be two seminars held at the Britannia Leisure Centre, Hyde Road, London N1 5JU on Saturday 27th October and Saturday 3rd November. Both will commence promptly at 11am. Those attending the seminar will have the opportunity to reserve the property of their choice “off plan”. In other words you will be able to select the property you wish to purchase from the plans available. If you would like to purchase one of these properties you must attend one of these seminars. At the seminar we will provide you with further information about The Bakery and explain how shared ownership works. We will also fully explain the allocation and buying process to you and answer any queries you may have. You will be given the opportunity to place a holding/administration fee in the sum of £500 on the apartment of your choice (cheque made payable to Parry Sharratt Solicitors). Please note that cash cannot be accepted under any circumstances. To ensure you do not miss out on the opportunity to purchase a home on this development, we recommend that you come along to the seminar prepared to proceed in this way. Please note that demand for these apartments has been exceptionally high and as a result places at the seminars are limited. If you wish to attend one of the above seminars you must contact us on receipt of this email to book your place. If anyone will be accompanying you to this seminar you must book them a place as well. Please note that due to the limited places available you may only book a maximum of two places. The only exception to this will be for those who have to bring young children. However, if it is at all possible we would request that alternative arrangements be made for your children whilst you attend the seminar.
