Theres million and one ways to produce money part time. And in this economy who doesn't have to have a little extra (or lots of extra) cash in your pocket! That's why I've decided to start a series of articles where I lay away the pro's and con's of backyard garden part time businesses you can apply with a limited up front investment and inside your spare time.

start dog walking business

A dog walking business can be a sensible way to make money for animal partners. You can help people out who lack the time to take their pets for a walk every day and you will get some exercise yourself. Everyone from college students to 50 year olds is capable of having fun and make money to be a dog walker.

Here are a few professionals and con's of starting your dog walking business...

Pro's

- Spending time with the animals. If you love animals then you'll love for a dog walker... enough said.

- Getting a workout. You will defiantly lose some lbs walking on with the pooches all daytime.

- Easy money. You don't exactly have to use a PHD to be a dog walker. It's an easy job that will only really requires time including a love of animals. Almost anyone can do the item.

- Flexible schedule. You can work the hours you'd like to have to work and if you ever decide that you might want to take time off you can actually do that as well. So if you're a undergraduate with classes in the evenings it is possible to work mornings only etc. It's totally up to a person.

Con's

- The weather. You're at the mercy of the weather. When it's scorching hot or if it is icy and cold. There are days when you just aren't going to want to leave the house but you'll have to anyhow. Depending on where you stay and what the weather is like this is sometimes a real challenge.

- It takes time. If you want to make good money you will have to be walking for a number of hours a day. So if you are working daily and you don't have a long time to spend this might not be befitting you.

- You're not going for getting rich. While you can make a good amount of money walking dogs it's not something that's going to get you rich. Unless you hire a bunch of people and start your very own dog walking ring!

- Poo... need I say more. If you're gonna walk dogs you're gonna have to grab a lot of poo. And if that's a problem available for you then dog walking is defiantly not available for you!
