Run a command like: 

 ip route add 80.192.113.13/32 via 192.168.1.1 dev eth0

Where that IP address is talkie. Note that this is also in /etc/network/if-up.d/tun2socks

Then on talkie: 

 marc@talkie:~/git/badvpn/bin$ ./udpgw --listen-addr 127.0.0.1:7300
