Tai chi chuan - The best way of living

One of the problems experienced by new students to Taichi is that they often complain they often not remember the moves. Because Taiji quan relaxes your system and dulls the thought processes, the moves are often easily forgotten however the essential advantages and benefits of Taiji quan i.e. the meditative experience is remembered. Which is distributed around their being.Right here is the splendour Taiji quan. The inner experience outweighs the outer for the newcomer and as it becomes an unfamiliar experience, the imagination fights it because it will not understand and may not define experiences by looking at other experiences. The mind desires to understand to link to a past experience and to commit that experience to memory. Now we have a huge problem. The brand new student feels exceptional when class but when attempting to relate their experience to others, locate it difficulties name it into words what that experience was, because essentially it was an experience which was a felt not deciphered because of the mind.Your practice should refresh you; not burden only more ways to remember. True understanding in Taiji quan brings a deep wholeness for your essential being. Not another memory associated with the intellect. There's no should know it - you will carry it...Because you practise let thoughts come and assist them tolerate. Become the watcher. Be indifferent to your thoughts.

When you listen or read word of wisdom, don't try to remember them or the meaning will be lost. Allow them to wash over you, cleaning your mind, emptying it. Don t let thoughts put together your mind as a strong wind ruffling the surface of water causing confusion and doubt, be still such as a calm lake. The aim of meditation should be to throw out the mind. Tai chi chuan empties the mind. Don't burden yourself with more words or thought processes.See from the deep inner self, let that wisdom go to proceed to change and empower your essential self, the genuine inner you. Forget for your moment your outer self, your conscious self or perhaps a born of your upbringing, your surroundings and moulded by others' expectation of you and what you need to become.Taiji quan because of the chance can change your life, if you ignore it. This is often true, I understand beyond a shadow of doubt because I am living evidence of that.Being of service to others by passing at the teaching I d been so privileged to receive from my Master and spiritual mentor. I'm living a life of happiness and satisfaction beyond my imagination. I even have found my home Dao.Perhaps I was lucky however i really believe I had developed the sense to view Master when I met him and intuitively felt that this was what I really should be doing. I didn't realise why, it just felt right and I did not deny that, or subdue it with logic. I followed my heart despite the fact that the good and the bad times and allowed my inner self to flower.
