Taiji - The best way of living

Among the list of problems experienced by new students to Taichi would be that they often complain they often not remember the moves. Because Tai chi chuan relaxes your body and dulls the thought processes, the moves are often easily forgotten but the essential benefits of Tai chi chuan i.e. the meditative experience is remembered. As it would be absorbed into their being. This is the splendor Tai chi chuan. The inner experience outweighs the outer for newcomer and also as now you have an unfamiliar experience, the brain fights it as it will not understand and can not define the knowledge by looking at other experiences. The brain desires to understand to link to a past experience and commit that experience to memory. Now we have an enormous problem. The new student feels good when class but when attempting to relate their experience to others, locate it problematic to put it into words what that experience was, because essentially it was obviously an experience that was felt not deciphered because of the mind.Your practice should refresh you; not burden you with more ways to remember. True understanding in Tai Chi brings a deep wholeness on your essential being. Not another memory linked with the intellect. There is no require remember it - you are stuck with it...While you practise let thoughts come and assist them pass through. Become the watcher. Be indifferent towards the thoughts.

When you listen or read word of wisdom, don't make an effort to remember them and the meaning will certainly be lost. Let them wash over you, cleaning your mind, emptying it. Do not let thoughts put together your mind just like a strong wind ruffling the surface of water causing confusion and doubt, be still like a calm lake. The intention of meditation is to throw out the brain. Taiji empties our thought. Don't burden yourself with more words or thought processes.See out of your deep inner self, let that wisdom check out work to change and empower your essential self, the important inner you. Forget of the moment your outer self, your conscious self or perhaps a born of your respective upbringing, your surroundings and moulded by others' expectation of your body and what you ought to become.Taiji with the chance can change your life, if you let it. This is true, I am positive while having a shadow of doubt because I am living clue of that.Being of service to others by passing on your teaching I was so privileged to be brought from my Master and spiritual mentor. I am personally living a lifetime of happiness and satisfaction beyond my wildest dreams. We have found a specifc Dao.Perhaps I have been lucky but for me really believe I had the sense to view Master when I met him and intuitively felt the fact that was what I should be doing. I didn't realize why, it only felt right and I did not deny that, or subdue it with logic. I followed my heart though the good and the bad times and allowed my inner self to flower. Taichi Taichi
